How long before we get the photos?
A. My turnaround is between 2-3 weeks. This can be longer in busy periods.
How long does a session last?
A. My sessions are baby/child led so I don't set a time but I try not to keep you for much longer than an hour for family/studio sessions and no longer than 2 hours for newborns.
Do I have to use you to order more prints?
A. Some of my packages come with a set amount of prints perfectly packaged and delivered to your door. If you want to order more then I recommend using me to get the perfect print quality as I use a professional lab which I have spent lots of time choosing the perfect one for my images and their colouring. However the digital images you have purchased are yours to print as you wish.
How many photos are in each gallery?
A. This completely depends on your session and every session is different. I prefer to deliver quality over quantity but will always provide a rich gallery for you to choose from. Then it's the tricky bit for you to decide which package to choose.
Do I have to decide which package I want straight away?
A. On booking I take a retainer which secures your date or due date. I then ask my minimum package Oak is paid one week prior to your session. If you would like to upgrade to another package once you have seen your beautiful images then this is payable within 14 days of viewing. Galleries are closed after two weeks and there is a £10 fee to reopen your gallery for 1 week.
